To consider:

• Wide rings can be a little tight if the size is too tight, the same thing happens when wearing several rings together.

• Stackable rings are more comfortable if you wear a size 0.5 larger than usual to avoid a tight fit.

• Open rings are slightly loose, consider this before choosing your size.

You do not need to be a member to purchase, but you do need to be a member to participate in my rewards system. Inventory varies constantly, out of stock items will be sold once purchased, please note at least 5 business days will be required for production plus shipping time. Available items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Domestic delivery requires 3-8 business days, while international takes 2-5 weeks, depending on customs processing and shipping distance. All shipments include a tracking number and local shipments will require a signature for receipt (the person receiving will need to have official identification).

There are some items made in lost wax that, due to their manufacturing process, may require up to 15 business days to be ready for shipping.

During the holiday season, manufacturing or shipping time may increase depending on my work schedule and the demand or saturation of the postal service.

Shipments are made exclusively on business days, at the standard economic cost, to reduce delivery time, I offer shipping by courier to speed up delivery, but it will significantly increase costs, request information via chat.

Local shipments, within CDMX and the metropolitan area, are coordinated with the buyer, are sent with a tracking number, and a signature is requested from the person who receives it (it will be necessary for the person who receives it to have official identification). In the case of national shipments, these are made using courier services from well-known companies and always include a tracking number.

All international shipments are made using regular registered shipping from the Mexican Postal Service, which always includes a tracking number; however, the exchange of postal information around the world is not the same in all countries, once it leaves Mexico, it will be necessary to track it using the national mail page of your own country.

It is important to note that not all destination countries allow tracking of foreign tracking numbers through their postal service, even if they are the ones who receive and finally deliver the package. In those cases, it might be necessary to contact your country's postal service for more information. CA and AU are examples.

I have been selling my jewelry online since 2008 and so far, although some packages have been delayed, they have never been lost. I am familiar with the postal procedures of many countries and my designs have already reached 4 continents. So, although no one can give you a guarantee, you should not worry about it. Unfortunately, in the case of international shipments, the Mexican Post Office does not offer the option of insuring shipments. If you need to do so, it will be necessary to opt for a private courier. Contact me if this is the case.

With regular shipping, the delivery time for USA and Canada is about 2 weeks, while Europe requires 4-3 weeks and Australia may need all 5 weeks. the time is approximate, as unfortunately, I can't take care of the delivery by myself, it could increase due to work overload during the holidays or the customs process that is out of my control.

I can offer you expedited shipping using Mexpost, the Mexican mail courier service, the most affordable courier service available locally, with an international delivery time of 8 business days, or any other of the known international courier companies with delivery times. 3 business days but shipping costs will increase significantly. Courier shipments enable fast shipping after these dates, if you require them, contact me before making the purchase.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible for me to do so. Some new regulations on e-commerce are not favorable to small businesses, such as the European Community's Extended Producer Responsibility Act. Although I do ship to some EU countries, it is no longer possible for me to include them all. At the moment, I am not shipping to Austria. all items are shipped protected and beautifully gift-wrapped, using eco-friendly or recycled materials. all of my security packagings comes from recycled and/or reused materials.

Silver is a raw material, but it is also a currency, which causes its price to vary continuously. Although my prices do not fluctuate permanently, they are subject to change without notice in the event of significant cost adjustments.

I work with gold only in custom orders, I do not sell gold pieces online, because, from Mexico, neither the Mexican mail nor the international courier service allows shipments of gold jewelry either inside or outside the country.

If you've ever heard of the Big Mac factor, you'll know that prices can't be the same everywhere because costs and revenues are different on each site. It's the same case, the costs of my shop and Etsy are different, therefore the prices are also different, however, my profit is the same in both cases because the difference is exclusively associated with costs.

Please note that prices on Etsy are quoted in US dollars and the variation in prices also depends on the fluctuation of the daily exchange rate of the dollar against the peso or the euro, which varies continuously.
